The HEXA CNC Datacut CNC routers are designed and manufactured entirely in India ( Bangalore ) using world class OE components.

MS CNC basically uses PC based CNC contollers with external ethernet based hardware. Motion is by using Stepper motor and Servo motors, controllers and motion hardware can be customised based on customer requests.
In a CNC part program, using G and M code Language describes the sequence of operations that the machine must perform in order to manufacture a component. Codes that begin with G are called preparatory words because they prepare the machine for a certain type of motion. For Example: G54 = Fixture Offset #1
Codes that begin with M are called miscellaneous words that control machine auxiliary options.
